Come see 2024 Vocal Group of the Year at our 3rd Annual Festival!
Authentic Unlimited is a bluegrass/gospel group that is composed of Jerry Cole, Stephen Burwell, and Eli Johnston; all being former members of Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver’s last touring band before he retired. We are joined by mandolin extraordinaire, Jesse Brock and the newest addition to AU; vocal powerhouse, Colton Baker to form a tight machine that is taking the music industry by storm. Last year, Authentic Unlimited won Vocal Group of the Year and New Artist of the Year at the 2023 IBMA Bluegrass Music Awards as well as the 2023 SPGMA Gospel Group of the Year and Vocal Group of the Year.
AU took home the esteemed awards for Music Video of the Year and Song of The Year for their hit single, “Fall in Tennessee” at the 2024 IBMA Award Show. In addition, the group was also recognized as the 2024 Vocal Group of the Year. Jesse Brock, of Authentic Unlimited, also received the prestigious honor of being named Mandolin Player of the Year. Authentic Unlimited’s multiple wins highlight their remarkable talent and further establish them as a standout bluegrass sensation. AU also won Bluegrass Gospel Group of the Year at the 2024 SPBGMA Awards.
Volunteer Appreciation Dinner
Our volunteer appreciation lunch was held on Saturday, October 19. Over 30 attended to celebrate our 1st year and receive thanks for their involvement.
We were also able to present a check to childcare for $650 from the proceeds of the raffle for a griddle donated by Great Escape RV.
Our 1st Annual Festival was a Great Success!

Rescue Junction
Rescue Junction is an award-winning Canadian bluegrass band based in Ontario that has been travelling and singing together since 2009. Originally comprised of brother and sister, Kyle & Kaitlyn Gerber on mandolin and guitar respectively, the band has grown to include Roger Martin on banjo, Dallas Roth on upright bass and Nick Huber on dobro.
Rescue Junction is playing on Saturday at 2pm and 6:45pm and Sunday at 12pm.

Granite Hill
Granite Hill is based out of Southwestern Ontario and includes members with many years of experience in bluegrass and other musical genres. They entertain with a mixture of contemporary and traditional bluegrass material, including harmony vocals, dynamic instrumentals, and even a few numbers imported from country or folk.
Granite Hill are playing on Thursday at 6pm, Saturday at 11:45am, and Sunday at 2pm

The Highbanks Bluegrass Band is playing on Saturday at 3 pm and 7:45 pm!
HighBanks is one of the most entertaining bluegrass bands you’ll find anywhere. The band draws from a wide variety of material including traditional bluegrass music, pop and show tunes, country, originals and more. Their outstanding instrumental talent and tight vocal harmonies bring new life to many of the standards that bluegrass fans are familiar with as well as creating innovative arrangements for originals and songs drawn from other genres. The Fundraiser Concert for the Mud Creek Bluegrass Festival on October 21 at Ye Olde Towne Hall -160 Main St Ailsa Craig was a great success!
